Prior to starting his banking career, Greg served as a navigator on KC-135s in the United States Air Force specializing in aerial refueling.

Greg graduated from Indiana University with a degree in business economics and public policy. Involved in his local community, Greg serves on the advisory council for the Fort Wayne Center for Learning and the Investment Advisory Committee of the Kosciusko County Community Foundation. He also served as past treasurer for the Allen County Historical Society.
