Bob Lees has more than three decades of experience in the retirement plan industry and has been with Old National Bank for more than 20 of those years. He partners with plan sponsors to design and maintain smart retirement plans that help their employees work toward the futures they imagine. He also monitors all legal, regulatory and procedural changes that affect retirement plans and helps address complex questions and issues related to client plans.
Bob has a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from Roosevelt University in Chicago. He holds the QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and is also a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators. Active in his community, Bob is a board member and officer of the Joliet Park Foundation and former board member of St. Joe’s Pony Baseball organization.
