Alan O’Rear has been in the investment industry for more than 25 years – most of which have been spent in a senior advisory role. Now a wealth advisor for 1834, a division of Old National, he is responsible for serving the needs of clients across greater Indianapolis. He focuses his practice on helping nonprofits, corporations and individuals meet their short and long-term goals through various asset allocation and cash flow planning strategies.
Alan’s notable career highlights include:
- Serving as the past Indianapolis Market Leader for Old National Wealth Management.
- Being selected as Advisor of the Year for Old National Wealth Management.
- Serving as a member of the Nonprofit Services and Community Engagement team at Old National.
Alan is highly involved in his community. He serves on the board and finance committee for New Hope of Indiana and the development committee for A Kid Again Indiana. He also volunteers for other organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, The Special Olympics of Indiana and Gleaners.
Alan likes spending his personal time with his family and traveling to a Major League Baseball park to watch a game when he gets a chance.
