Daryl Kersting has more than 25 years of experience in the wealth management industry – including estate tax minimization, wealth planning, insurance, investment management, trust and estate planning, private banking and business succession. He focuses his practice on serving high-net-worth individuals and families.
Throughout his career, Daryl has seen both the good and bad things money can do to a family. He’s committed to helping families develop a plan that works to maximize the good things money can do and avoid the pitfalls money can bring. His clients can count on him to:

Prior to coming to 1834, Daryl served as a Private Wealth Leader for the Midwest area at Regions Bank. Earlier in his career he served as the Private Wealth Group Manager for Heartland Bank, served as a Senior Client Manager with Bank of America and as a Financial Advisor at A.G. Edwards.
Daryl earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and industrial relations from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. He also holds the Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) and Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designations.
Committed to giving back to his community, Daryl is a committee member for the American Cancer Society Champions of Hope Gala and board member for the St. Louis Community College Foundation. He also previously served as the director of finance and treasurer at Living Lord Lutheran Church.
Outside of work, Daryl enjoys travel, pickleball, live music, St. Louis sports, friendly poker games, exercise and golf when he has the time.
